Jim Butler Chevrolet is proud to announce that Chevrolet took home more awards than any other brand in a recent study conducted by J.D. Power and Associates. Chevrolet had five segment awards and ranked fifth among nameplates for initial quality in the 2013 J.D. Power and Associates Initial Quality Study.
The Initial Quality Study calculates its results by surveying more than 83,000 purchasers of new 2013 model year vehicles at 90 days of ownership. The study gives manufacturers information that is helpful to identify any issues and to help seek out future improvements needed.
