One example that the testers use what that of an
SUV chauffeur for the Tahoe, working for airport runs or a company like Uber.
The started out with the basic black-entry level LT spec in 2WD and added the
Luxury Package for assistance and driver convenience features. Then it was time
to up the ante incorporating the Rear Seat Media and Navigation package to keep
passengers occupied, on top of a locking center console, cargo shade, and black
Bowtie emblems, all after graduating up to 20-inch wheels for greater curb
appeal.
Just a decade or so ago, customers would have to
spend a much greater amount of time at the dealer trying to figure out which
model was going to suit them in the long run, and looking at pamphlets is not
nearly as involved and productive as piecing together the perfect trim online.
The initial Suburban build was for a man who runs survivalist and outdoor
courses and began with the Z71 trim, Shadow Gray Metallic Exterior, and Dark
Atmosphere interior. With the Z71 package, you get to lock in the Max and
Advanced Trailering packages, also sporting black Bowtie emblems. Then without
completely breaking the bank, they opted for the Luxury and Rear Media and
Navigation packages.
The second Tahoe build was for a typical
Midwestern family in Minnesota. It started with a 4WD Premier trim, and
Graywood Metallic paint as well as Jet Black and Maple Sugar perforated leather
interior to match. The Premium Package features many convenient additives such
as trailering tech to make boat towing easy, and the 15-inch heads up display.
Then it was decided to add 22-inch Carbon Flash wheels, and Rear Seat Media for
the kids and a factory-official rooftop tent. After it was completed it seemed
perfect for Minnesota lake weekends, and the High Country Trim offers grunty
power by means of the 6.2-liter V8.
It is exciting that you can really dive all of the
ways in and think about your various options when it comes to this pair of
vehicles, and customize the one that will patiently wait for you every morning
in the driveway! The Suburban is one of those iconic vehicles that has
displayed a longstanding track record of reliability that is what we pride it
on, and these two are a forceful pair to be reckoned with as far as any form of
competition at all is concerned. We hope that you spend some blissful
air-conditioned hours designing a Tahoe or Suburban for your own needs and meet
us here at Jim Butler to “cross the summer's finish line” and finalize the
decision.
