The Corvettes 60th anniversary is celebrating its
evolution over the years, starting with the C1 all the way to the newest
edition to the Corvette family, the C7. The Corvette has come a long way since
its debut as just a concept car in 1953. With many improvements and style changes
throughout the years, the Corvette continues to impress with new models.
The year of the C2 was a huge year for the Corvette in 1963.
This was the first year the coupe was introduced, hideaway headlights were a
new feature, and the Stingray name was born. Many Corvette enthusiasts consider
the Stingray to be one the most beautiful cars ever made.
After 8 years, the Corvette brings out a totally one, the C7.
The new 2014 C7 will have the Stingray name as well as many more impressive
features and improvements.
